29 year old mother underwent a Fitness Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) + Breast Augmentation with silicone implants. Patient was unhappy with excess skin, stretch marks and bulge in her abdomen, as well as the size and shape of her breasts after breastfeeding her son. Post operative photos taken six weeks after surgery.
