47 year old mother of four underwent a Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) + Breast Augmentation with silicone implants. Patient was unhappy with the excess skin, fat and stretch marks on her abdomen after four pregnancies, as well as the size and droopiness of her breasts. She wanted to feel comfortable wearing a bathing suit again and didn't want to wear baggy clothing. Post operative photos taken three months after surgery.
