23 year old presented for rhinoplasty because she believed her nose was too prominent, and she wanted a smaller, more cute nose. At rhinoplasty consultation, possible changes to her nose were discussed, and the nose re-shaping procedure explained. We planned to lower the top small bump on her nose, slightly diminish the size and projection of her nose, raise the tip of her nose, create a smaller more delicate tip of her nose, and maintain a natural appearance.
