22 year old wanted the small bump on top of her nose lowered, the tip of nose smaller for a cute nose, and tip of nose elevated and rotated upward slightly. She wanted less projection of nose from face, and overall a more feminine nasal size and shape. Post operative photos taken six weeks after surgery.
