24 year old wanted Rhinoplasty to be subtle and maintain her basic facial identity. On profile view, she believed her nose projected too far from her face, and wanted the nose reduced slightly. She wanted the top lowered a bit, the tip a bit smaller, the width of the nose slightly reduced, but in general wanted to preserve her look. Post operative photos three months after open rhinoplasty to reduce tip projection, and slightly narrow nose, diminish tip size slightly, and lower top of nose slightly.
