Rhinoplasty | Case Details
25 year old patient was unhappy with the shape of her nose. She wanted the small bump on top of nose lowered and the tip of her nose to be slightly smaller and higher. From front view, she didn't like the dark shadows of her lower eyelids, and believed these caused a tired appearance that would worsen with age. A feminizing rhinoplasty was planned for a smaller nose with a natural result that went along with her face. Lower eyelid shadows were treated with a suborbital cheek implant. A small silicone implant (Dr. Robert Flowers type) from Implantech, Inc. was applied. "After" photo is four months following her rhinoplasty and cheek implant procedure.
