BCCA- Left Paranasal, peri-occulsr, check regions s/p Slow Moh's- Clocure with anatomical advancement flaps & temporary tarsorraphy with suture. 2nd surgery- Infiltrative BCCA- Right check& peri-occular regions s/p Slow Moh's- Closure with anatomical advancement flaps & temporary tarsorraphy with suture. Patient is two years out with NEDz.
