Breast Augmentation | Case Details
37 year old Asian-American sought natural looking breast size enhancement. She had two children. She had no history of breast disease. She wanted to avoid visible scarring. She was in excellent health. She wore a 32 C cup bra but wanted to fill it our better, (and she achieved this goal nicely). She was aware of the asymmetry of her breasts, both volume and position. After discussing options she chose smooth saline breast implants, placed through a 1 1/4 inch inframammary incision, into a subpectoral pocket. This was done under general anesthesia in our on-site accredited surgical facility. She returned to work in about one week. natural sensation was maintained. Postop photos are shown approximately 5 months following surgery.
