This is a 35-year-old mother of two children. She presented for an evaluation for breast enhancement. She is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 115 pounds. She underwent bilateral breast enlargement using 300 cc, Mentor High Profile, silicone gel breast implants. The approach was a peri-areolar incision with sub-muscular placement for the breast implants. She went from a size A cup to a C cup.
