This 38 year old female disliked the sagging and heavy appearance of her breasts. She wanted a lifted shape and reduction in breast size. She emphasized that she did not want to be too small post-operatively. Our surgeons performed a breast reduction and lift, removing about 400 grams of breast tissue from each side. They used an anchor pattern scar and a superior-medial dermoglandular pedicle. This technique is used extensively by our Plastic Surgeons, and results in a natural breast shape.
