This 35 year old patient had a breast augmentation with a 475 cc implant over 10 years ago, and then had children, breast fed and developed breast sagging. She was treated with implant removal and replacement with smaller 310 cc smooth round silicone implants and also had a breast lift and reduction to restore a more youthful breast shape.
