This 26 year old female received a breast augmentation by a surgeon outside the USA. She developed severe symmastia in which both implants were contacting each other in the midline of her chest. She was treated with revisionary cosmetic breast surgery that used a 'internal bra' made from a biomaterial called Strattice. This recreated the natural folds between her breasts.
