47 year old woman with deflated breasts post breast feeding two children and with sagging breasts desired fuller breasts with a lift. She underwent a breast lift with silicone implant augmentation (Mentor BOOST moderate plus profile 340cc on right and 320cc on left). She is shown 10 months later with fuller breasts with much improved breast shape and symmetry and nipple position.

Age: 47
