A 33-year old South American woman with bilateral capsular contracture and waterfall deformity of breasts post subglandular breast augmentation underwent breast revision with en bloc capsulectomy and silicone gel breast implant exchange from 250cc textured implants to 305cc smooth round moderate plus projection implants in the submuscular pocket with a vertical “lollipop” breast lift.
