An Asian woman in her mid 40's who is troubled by lipdystrophy of her flanks, abdomen and back, despite diet and exercise. She is also bothered by 34 A cup breast and would like to be fuller. She has not had children but has some age related laxity of her abdominal skin that would be worsened with liposuction alone. She is shown 3 years after liposuction of her hips/abdomen/flanks and back combined with a "mini"abdominoplasty, and 2 years after breast augmentation with partial subpectoral (below the muscle) placement of smooth round high profile silicone gel implants through an infra mammary (at the breast fold) incision.
