Breast Augmentation | Case Details
An asian woman in her early 20's who has had 1 child is shown before and again, 2 months after bilateral breast augmentation. She has some breast asymmetry with her left breast being smaller and her left breast fold being higher. She chose 350 cc round smooth silicone gel moderate profile plus implants placed in a partial subpectoral (under the muscle) position through an inframammry (breast fold) incision. Her fold was lowered on the left at the time of surgery. She is pleased with her full and yet natural appearance after surgery.
