Breast Augmentation | Case Details
A 31 yo Asian woman who is 4'11" and 105 lbs. She has some breast asymmetry noted before surgery which is also still present after surgery; Her left breast fold is higher before surgery and has been lowered to compensate. She has selected smooth round silicone gel 265 cc implants placed in a partial subpectoral (below the muscle) position through an inframammary (breast fold) incision. She is shown before and again 8 1/2 months after surgery. She wished to be as full as possible without appearing unnatural, and is pleased with the natural, proportional appearance of her breasts after surgery.
