Bilateral breast augmentation with insertion of silicone implants in the subpectoral plane Notes: 33 y/o F with complaints of "droopy breasts" after breastfeeding 2 children. Pt desired to increase the volume of breasts which was accomplished with insertion of silicone implants in the submuscular plane via inframammary incisions.
