Bilateral breast reduction with suction- assisted lipectomy to bilateral axillas. 27 year old female with history of symptomatic macromastia which included shoulder pain and neck pain. She underwent bilateral breast reduction via short anchor scar incision with liposuction to bilateral axillas.
