After contemplating breast enhancement surgery for some time, this 46-year-old patient came to Dr. Mountcastle unhappy with the appearance of her breasts and in search for answers. She came in for a consultation and explained to Dr. Mountcastle she's unhappy with how they've dropped and lost volume over the years, and she wanted a fuller look. Dr. Mountcastle evaluated the patient and deemed her a great candidate for a breast augmentation, then finished the consult by reviewing the surgery and protocol with the patient. The patient called and booked that day, and was in surgery one week later. 400 cc implants were put in after contemplating back and forth between those and a larger implant. Patient came 1-week post-surgery and back again 2 months postoperatively to check on the progress of healing. She was thrilled with her results!
