30 year old woman, a mother of 3, seeking mommy makeover. She is 5’3”, 138 lbs, BMI is 24. She is shown before and 1 year after liposuction of abdomen midriff and flanks with fat transfer to buttocks (500cc each). Tummy Tuck (abdominoplasty) with rectus muscle diastasis repair and umbilicoplasty. She has stayed at her target weight, and it shows. Following postoperative instructions optimizes results and both the patient and her surgeon end up content.
