High-Definition Tummy Tuck and Monsplasty This patient in her late forties presented to our office after multiple pregnancies with a desire to undergo a tummy tuck. On examination, it was noted that the patient had a moderate degree of abdominal muscle separation, abdominal skin excess, pubic sagging, as well as fullness of her waist. During a 3 1/2 hour surgery, the patient underwent a low-cut high-definition tummy tuck with pubic lift as well as liposuction of her waist areas.
