Breast Implant Exchange and Breast Lift This 35-year-old patient had previously undergone breast augmentation by another surgeon when she was in her twenties. She presented to The Aesthetic Centers to have her implants changed from saline to a smaller silicone implant. She not only desired to be smaller, but also wished to have a breast lift to correct for the breasts hanging too low over her implants. During a 4-hour surgery, the patient had her 500 cc saline implants removed, the implant pockets modified for smaller implants, and 385 cc round silicone Sientra breast implants replaced into the smaller pockets. She also underwent an anchor-incision breast lift to reposition the breast tissue higher over the implants.
