This 42 years old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for TUBA breast augmentation surgery. The patient was a cup size A and wished to be a full D cup after her procedure. She elected to have transumbilical (scarless) breast augmentation. Patient selected 450 cc saline implants. Her implants were placed under her chest muscle. The patient’s breast size was increased, proportioning her breast size to her shoulders and waist, and giving her the fullness to her breast which she desired. The implants also reduced sagging in the breasts and lifted the breast tissue, giving the patients torso and chest a more youthful and symmetrical appearance. The implants also gave the patient’s breast a more rounded appearance, which also added to the youthful appearance of her chest after surgery. The operation also gave the patients nipples a more symmetrical and circular appearance. The added fullness to the patient’s breasts also gave her a more curvy, feminine figure, enhancing her body shape and creating a youthful feminine look. Since the patient’s implants were placed under the chest muscle, the incisions were hidden under the breast, and scarring is barely visible. Her post-operative pictures were taken at 6 months after her breast augmentation surgery.
