This 55 years old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for face lift and neck lift procedures in order to tighten her skin and proportion her face. The Patient underwent a mini-face lift with neck lift and fat transfer to her cheeks. The mini- facelift gave the patient a more youthful appearance by tightening skin and reducing facial sagging. The tightening of the overall appearance of the skin made the patient appear more youthful and the skin appear more rejuvenated. Facial sagging was reduced around the cheeks, eyes, and jaw line, tightening the skin and providing younger looking skin. The tightening of the skin around the patient’s eyes also helped to brighten and widen her eyes, also giving her a more youthful appearance. The patient’s neck lift gave her a stronger jaw line, adding symmetry to the face, and also reduced wrinkles and removed sagging skin, making the patient appear younger and rejuvenated. Finally, the fat transfer to the patients cheeks helped proportion her cheeks to the rest of her facial features. The fat transfer also helped boost and plump the cheeks, lifting the overall appearance of her face and removing the look of sagging skin around the cheek area. Proportioning the patients cheeks through fat transfer and plumping the cheeks in this way helped give the patient not only a more youthful and vibrant look, but also helped to add symmetry to the face as a whole and compliment the patients narrow face shape.
