This 52-year-old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for facial rejuvenation. The Patient underwent a mini-face lift, upper blepharoplasty, outer brow lift and upper lip augmentation and chin implant placement. The patient’s mini facelift tightened her skin, leaving it looking firmer, younger, and rejuvenated. This procedure also removed wrinkles around the patient’s forehead, eyes and mouth, and tightened sagging skin around the patient’s cheeks and jaw, also giving the patient a more youthful appearance. The upper blepharoplasty removed sagging skin around the patient’s eyes, opening and widened her eyes to give her and awake, young, and rejuvenated look. The outer brow lift also helped to open and widen the patient’s eyes, as well as correct sagging skin around the patient’s eye and brow area. Lifting the brow and removing this sagging skin helped the patient to tighten skin around the eyes and brow, giving her entire face a brighter and more youthful look. The patients upper lip augmentation gave her a much more full upper lip, which helped proportion her upper lip to her lower lip. Adding fullness to her upper lip not only proportioned her upper lip to her lower lip, but also proportioned her lips to the rest of her facial features. Her lips before the procedure were also asymmetrical, so this procedure added symmetry to the patient’s face as well. Finally, the patient’s chin implant placement gave her a more symmetrical, prominent chin that enhanced her jaw line. This procedure added an overall symmetry to the patient’s face and proportioned her facial features. The patient also achieved a natural look, since incisions are hidden in areas that appear to be natural wrinkles. After these procedures, the patient was left looking youthful and rejuvenated, with healthy, firm skin, and a symmetrical and well-proportioned face. Post-operative face lift photos of this patient were taken at 9 months.
