This is a 57 years old female who previously had a quick lift, brow lift, and lower blepharoplasty by another surgeon. This patient presented herself to Dr. Agha a year and half later unhappy with her previous outcome. The patient underwent a revision facelift and neck lift by Dr. Agha as well as fat grafting to her face and cheeks. The revision facelift and neck lift gave the patient a more youthful appearance by tightening skin, reducing deep creases, and reducing facial sagging. The tightening of the overall appearance of the skin made the patient appear more youthful and the skin appear more rejuvenated. Facial sagging was reduced around the cheeks and jaw line, tightening the skin and providing younger looking skin. Deep creases were reduced on the forehead and around the eyes, making wrinkles look less prominent and the skin appear rejuvenated. The overall lift of the skin also reduced sagging along the eyelids, opening the eyes of the patient and adding to her new youthful appearance. The patient’s neck lift also added a more youthful appearance by giving the patient a stronger jaw line and reducing wrinkles throughout the neck area. The patients fat grafting to her face and cheeks not only provided a more youthful appearance, but also made the face appear more symmetrical and proportionate, fixing the patients previous plastic surgery. The patient also achieved a natural look, since incisions are hidden in areas that appear to be natural wrinkles Post-operative pictures were taken at 9 months after her face lift revision surgery.
