This patient is 45 years old. After consultation, the decision was made to perform an Upper and Lower Lid Blepharoplasty with a Arcus Marginalis Release Operation of the lower lids. Additionally, a Canthoplasty/Canthopexy was performed. After photos for this patient were taken 6 months postoperatively.
