The 76 year old woman had facial trauma at the age of 25, which resulted in extensive scar and weakness of the right side of the face. She had repair and partial recovery of the facial expression. She underwent facelift at the age of 72. Two years later, she had direct skin removal (dermolipectomy) of the front of the neck. The post-operative photos are taken 30 months after the initial facelift.
