The patient seeks to improve the irregular, crooked appearance of the nose and reduce the size of the tip, the bridge and the length. She desires only subtle changes. The bridge was treated with slight reduction, smoothing of the left side of the dorsum, and a cartilage graft to the right side. The tip was narrow. The length was shortened.
