This 71-year old woman had a face lift and neck lift at the age of 57 by another surgeon. She underwent secondary face lift, neck lift, subcutaneous temporal lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, circumoral dermabrasion, and malar augmentation with SMAS graft.
