This 23-year-old woman underwent liposuction of the outer, anterior lateral, and upper posterior thighs, waist, and hips. Three thousand and two hundred c.c. of fat was removed. Postoperatively, the lower body, including the hips, waist, and thighs, are in much better proportion with the remainder of the body.
