The patient underwent augmentation with saline implants 22 years ago. She is concerned about the possible impact of the implants on her general health. She has stable chronic thyroid and blood condition. She also feels that the breasts are too large and droopy. Simultaneous implant removal and breast lift (mastopexy) were performed under intravenous sedation. The implants were 300 cc.
