This 23-year-old woman has underdeveloped left breast. The nipple areolar complex of the right breast is off center and the breast itself is unevenly developed. She decided to use her own fat to enlarge the left breast and to improve the eccentric shape of the right breast. Six hundred mL of fat was obtained through liposuction from the inner thighs and the abdomen. Ninety percent of full vacuum was used for fat extraction. Three hundred mL was transferred to the left side. Two hundred twenty mL of fat was transferred to build up the inner lower quadrant of the right breast. One hundred mL was removed through liposuction from the upper outer quadrant of the same breast. Postoperative result shows enlargement of the left breast. The shape of the right breast is also improved with more volume in the inner lower quadrant and more centralized location of the nipple areolar complex.
