This attractive young woman hs concern with the shape and particularly the hump of the nose.
Examination shows a prominent hump, short, indistinct tip, and steep angle of the bridge of the nose in relation to the plane of the face.
Surgery consisted of reduction of the hump, reshaping of the tip by increasing the length and the definition of the tip. The cartilage graft to the tip was obtained from the nasal septum.
