This patient initially underwent a conservative rhinoplasty which consisted of hump reduction, alar reduction, narrowing of the nasal bone and reduction of the volume of the tip area. However, he wishes to have additional changes.
Additional surgery two years three months consisted of hump reduction, slight "shortening", upturning of the nose, narrowing of the tip with internal suture and augmentation of the tip with cartilage grafts.
