The patient divided his post-bariatric surgery reconstruction into two sessions. The first one was belt lipectomy (abdominal dermolipectomy plus buttock lift). Two months later, he underwent breast reduction.

Technique Used: composite skin and breast tissue removal and free nipple areolar graft
