This patient’s concern was heaviness of the upper eyelids. Endoscopic forehead lift was performed instead of the removal of upper eyelid skin. The surgical procedure was performed with an endoscope and six short access incisions in the hair bearing scalp. The surgery resulted in a youthful appearance in the upper eyelids and the forehead area.
