This patient had four pregnancy. Liposuction alone was not sufficient to provide the maximal improvement for the abdomen and the trunk. Therefore, skin removal and muscle plication were performed in the same operative session as the liposuction. Seven hundred twenty five c.c. of fat was liposuctioned from the abdomen.
