43 yo female with right multifocal invasive ductal carcinoma and previous cosmetic breast augmentation who underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies and direct to saline implant reconstruction. The right central nipple was removed for tumor involvement. She ultimately required adjuvant chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
