Eyelid Surgery | Case Details
45 year-old before and 3 months after an upper blepharoplasty and internal brow lift Our 45 year-old male patient came to Dr. Maia bothered by the excess, drooping skin on his upper eyelids that were making him appear more tired and older than he felt. He was also experiencing brow ptosis that was contributing to a sad & tired look. He underwent an upper eyelid lift and internal brow lift in our Tysons Corner clinic under local anesthesia. The internal brow lift is a technique that lifts the tail of the brows through the same incision as the upper eyelid lift for minimal scarring. The results are brighter eyes that look more youthful, awake, and happier. The scar is hidden inconspicuously in the natural crease of the eye and fades over time.
