49 year-old patient before and 4 months post-op mini facelift and neck lift This beautiful patient came to Dr. Maia wanting to address the excess skin on her lower face and neck. Dr. Maia performed a mini facelift and neck lift to restore her cheeks, lower face, and neck to a more youthful position. She is absolutely glowing with confidence after the procedure and we are so happy for her!
