55 year-old patient before and 5 weeks after custom facial rejuvenation surgery. Facelift, neck lift, fat grafting to the face, nanofat grafting under the eyes. Our beautiful 55 year old was looking for a natural looking facial rejuvenation. She was scheduled for surgery in her home country, but after hearing the amazing results her friends had at our clinic, she decided to schedule a consultation for herself. This patient had previously undergone a thread lift in a clinic outside of the country. The thread lift was not successful and she still noticed signs of aging on her lower face and neck. She could also still feel the threads poking through under her skin, which is a complication that happens sometimes with a thread lift. After a one-on-one consultation with me, she later told me that she was certain I would be her surgeon and immediately canceled her procedures in her country. I was able to meticulously remove the threads and perform a deep plane facelift and neck lift to restore the jawline and neck while giving her cheeks a natural lift and contour. The patient also had fat taken from her abdomen and injected into areas of her face that lacked volume, such as her cheeks and temples. Nanofat was injected throughout the face, especially under the eyes, to improve the quality of the skin. The patient was absolutely thrilled with her results 5 weeks post-op. She is healing beautifully as evidenced by her contoured neck, defined jawline, natural looking plump skin, and inconspicuous facelift scar around her ears.
