Immediate postop results are shown in this patient who underwent a rhinoplasty/septoplasty to improve the profile, with tip refinement. Multiple cartilage grafts, were utilized to reinforce the changes made to preserve long-term results. Soft tissue grafting to the tip was also performed to optimize an overall tip defining point and natural result. Though there’s significant swelling, please note the overall improvement in nose contour and definition at the tip.
