Immediate postop results are shown in this patient who underwent a rhinoplasty and septoplasty. The cosmetic goal was to improve the profile and refine the tip. Multiple cartilage grafts were utilized to reinforce the changes made to preserve long-term results. Soft tissue grafting to the tip was performed to optimize an overall tip defining point and natural result.
