This patient underwent her 6th rhinoplasty with overall profile reduction with tip refinement. MTF (cadaver) cartilage grafts were utilized to reinforce the changes made to preserve long-term results. Soft tissue grafting to the tip was performed to optimize an overall tip defining point and natural result. Though there’s significant swelling, please note the overall improvement in nose contour and definition at the tip.
