I'm happy to share this incredible lady's 3 month postop result after her TummyTuck with 360 Liposuction. This result could not be obtained with a Brazilian Butt Lift (aka BBL), because of the excess skin in the abdomen which requires excision with a Tummy Tuck. Though I commonly perform BBLs as well (in the appropriate candidate), oftentimes an hourglass figure with buttock prominence can be accomplished without a BBL, but instead with a Tummy Tuck, combined with careful Liposuction to "snatch" the waist (as seen from the front and oblique views) and create the buttock prominence (as appreciated from the profile view). Since this patient had no fat grafted into the buttock (as would be the case with a BBL), she was able to sit in a chair, and sleep on the back and sides, which eased her recovery process...The goal on a tummy tuck, especially when combined with 360 Liposuction, is to provide a slimmer waistline, create a natural belly button and to hide the incision below the underwear line.
