A 60 year old woman is shown 2 months after an upper and lower blepharoplasty. Excess skin and fat was excised for her upper eyelid, taking care to maintain some fat to prevent a hollowed out appearance. Excess fat was excised from her lower eyelids -- I frequently excise as little skin as possible from the lower eyelids to prevent lower eyelid eversion.
