This patient presented with desire to improve her appearance after significant weight loss. She was bothered by excess skin on her abdomen. She underwent a tummy tuck with removal/skin tightening. Muscle repair was also performed due to rectus diastasis.

Age: 34

Umbilical Translocation: No

Concomitant hernia repair: Incisional

Months between operation and 'after' photos: 6
