Rhinoplasty | Case Details
Patient underwent open rhinoplasty to improve her breathing and improve facial harmony. For facial harmony: Dorsal hump reduction, low to high osteotomies, cephalic trim and sutures to symmetrize and refine the nasal tip. To improve her breathing: submucous resection of the septum, internal nasal valve opened with bilateral spreader grafts. External nasal valve collapse treated with alar batten grafts.
